Faisal Khan entertains the cast of Maharana Pratap

Though telly show Bharat Ka Veer Putra — Maharana Pratap revolves around fierce battles, what one witnesses on the set is great bonhomie. Even when buried under heavy jewellery and layers of thick fabric, the humidity could not dampen the actors’ energy and enthusiasm. Actor Shakti Anand aka Maharana Udai Singh, who plays father to three children, including Maharana Pratap, is now looking forward to his fourth child with on-screen wife, Maharani Dheer Bai (Aashka Goradia). Says he jokingly, “Well, it’s not the heat, but playing father for the fourth time that broke my back.” That’s not all. A scene required protagonist Faisal Khan aka Maharana Pratap to celebrate his father’s victory over Shamz Khan with a classical dance. But once the on-screen victory dance was over, the child artistes entertained the cast with B-boying and waltzing.They did not even spare their on-screen father — they made him attempt various tricks. While Faisal loves to imitate his co-actors, the youngest and chirpiest, Yash Mistry, throws random challenges at the cast and crew of the show.Bharat Ka Veer Putra — Maharana Pratap airs Monday to Thursday at 10 pm on Sony Entertainment Television.
